Reliable Express Packers and Movers provide relocation services, including packing, moving, vehicle shifting, and storage. The cost of services is determined based on the agreed quotation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the items to be moved, including quantity, size, and weight. We are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or traffic disruptions. Additionally, items classified as illegal, hazardous, or restricted by law cannot be transported, and customers must ensure compliance with these regulations.
While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, Reliable Express Packers and Movers are not responsible for any damages resulting from improper packing by the customer or items of fragile nature not disclosed prior to the move. Customers have the option to avail of insurance for their goods to cover potential damages during transit. Claims for damages, if any, must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by supporting evidence. Without insurance, our liability is limited to the value stated in the agreement or the actual loss, whichever is lower.
Any changes to the agreed-upon schedule or services must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify may result in additional charges or service delays. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee to compensate for logistical arrangements already made. Reliable Express Packers and Movers reserve the right to cancel or modify services in case of emergencies, safety concerns, or non-compliance with terms.
